1. General Terms and Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the dkpk website and mobile version.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered or is using the service.
• "Account" refers to the user's own registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to benefits from promotional offers, cashback, or rewards.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You must not have any legal or judicial restrictions against you.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.
• One person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Providing false information may result in the account being closed and any balance being forfeited.

Account security:

10. Technical Errors and Service Disruptions

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided there has been no breach. Users may also request account closure at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dkpk is not liable for:

• Financial losses from gaming.
• Losses caused by third parties.
• Issues arising from technical errors or internet disruptions.
• Situations arising from the user's own negligence.
